Facebook introduced video calling into Messenger back in April, and now it says that the feature has been rolled out almost entirely across the globe. There are still a "few countries" where Facebook says that it's holding the feature's release in order to improve video quality — it's likely that has to do with the speed of mobile networks in the area, since Facebook is trying to make this work well even when callers aren't on Wi-Fi. The announcement still marks a big expansion for Messenger's video calling, which initially launched in only 18 countries. It's available on iOS and Android.
